Why is that girl still there? She does NOT work well with others at all. Every time she does something bad or screws up a dish she blames everyone else but herself. She's been "on the block" 5 or 6 times. I'm really thinking Ramsay is keeping her just for show ratings.

That HAS to be it. I mean, I get him telling Elizabeth that she isn't ready to run BLT...but IMO she should have gone WAY before Natalie...and IMO, how does he figure Elise is any more ready to run a restaurant than either of those two? Before Elise can be an effective leader, she needs to learn more than a few things about humility and attitude. And I SWEAR...every time she stands there with her lips pouted out and that defiant look on her face, I want nothing more than to just slap it right off of her. Surely Chef Ramsay can SEE that no one, and I mean NO ONE respects Elise...NO ONE wants to work with her, and NO ONE feels any sense of loyalty to her what so ever. THAT should be sending off HUGE warning bells. And out of curiousity...why didn't she get sent out for lying to Chef over the Wellingtons last week? I don't think I have ever seen ANYONE get away with lying.

The previews for next week shows her trying to pull her shit on Will and the rest of the guys. THAT should be good! I would just have to laugh if Will, Paul, Tommy, and Jennifer ALL went to Chef Ramsay's office and said, "Hey...we CANNOT work with that little bitch. She is rude, she is condescending, she has no class, and she won't shut up long enough to even TRY to work with her. You have kept her here this long in spite of all of those things so with all due respect...we are outta here! Go ahead and GIVE her BLT and see how long it takes her to run every staff memeber there off and ruin the reputation of the restaurant itself." I mean, seriously. Do you really think he would let them ALL just walk out? Do you think he HONESTLY sees Elise as the one most qualified to run BLT? I don't see how he could.

BTW...I know that this is pre-taped and I know that the winner has already been chosen IRL...but I would STILL love to see that happen! LoL

That one challenge she claimed to have won on her sole performance then at the dinner service he bitched slapped her ass. Loved it.

And it looks like the next ep is going to be great!

I don't even think she will be able to blame anyone when it is all said and done.

Jen had a good point about how a leader needs to understand team work. You can't lead if you don't respect the team as a whole because they will not want to fallow you.

Ramsay is definately keeping Elise for ratings, she should have been gone a long time ago.
What I don't understand is why she is so damn conceited, she's not even that good and her attitude stinks.

He never keeps anyone for ratings.. Not like the show is live or anything... He keeps who he think can and will run a kitchen. We only get this tiny edit they show us... Did you not see his dumbfounded look when she said she was the 2nd nomination? Can you really say anyone who left so far is better than her?

I just don't understand how people like her think they have what it takes to run a kitchen. I mean isn't one of the requirements for running a kitche is the ability to LISTEN....lol

Anyone catch Monday nights episode where she asked that one guy, I forget his name, if her steak was cooked right. Than after dinner service she said she only asked him once. He replied that it was three times she asked his advice. She then called him a liar and said only once and continued to call him a liar. HK then replayed the times she asked him and sure enough it was three different times.

I know this isn't the first time this has happened. Wish I could recall the other times it happened, but I believe one was with the blonde chick that she really hated.
