I was impressed tonight the way he stepped in when Natalie was struggling and gave her direction without being condescending. That is what leasership is all about. Everyone there could learn from him.

Then you have Elise, you completely ignored Carrie during prep to drain the sald, and then when Ramsey called her on it, she tried to blame the whole thing on Carrie. I really hope to see Elise go tomorrow night

Will is a front runner for sure!! I really like Jonathan to start, but after tonight and last week...not so sure.

As for Elise...I don't know if I want to see her sent home anymore. I think I would prefer to see her team line up and take turns bitch slapping some humility and some respect into her. She is the most arrogant, whiney, bitchy little diva I have seen in a while. I wish when Carrie told GR that she felt Elise should go up and he asked why, she would have just said that it was because she was absolutely NOT a team player, the team has tried to talk to her individually AND as a team and it is like talking to a brick wall. She should have told him how she does a lot of standing around during punishment and considers herself above the manual labor and that her attitude is simply bringing the entire team down. I think if she would have gone with something like that, instead of, "She was calling out orders" it may have been her on the carpet instead of Jamie.

See, I hate Elise just like everyone else, but there is some dead weight to trim first. Elizabeth? WTH? I always forget she's on the show until she makes some bone-headed move. At least with Elise & Carrie it's ebtertaining! But no way in hell will she win ha ha! I agree Will is a front runner, and Jamie too. And Natalie. Those are my three picks. But what do I know, I can't cook at all!

Just noticed this section... I think Will and Elise (even with her attitude) are front runners. Even past winners had their ups and downs and if these 2 can get past them and stay in the game they could be battling each other for the prize. I used to hate Elise, but she's growing on me. Will I've always liked. Good seasons so far.

Gotta say, at first I was a Will fan...but Jennifer is really starting to grow on me! Eliz, Elyse, Paul, and TOMMY for heavens' sake? TOMMY? How is it possible that this guy has not been booted off?

I wish he would go ahead and boot both Tommy and Elise out of there. Between having to watch Elise stand there with her lips pursed out and Tommy with that crazy ass look in his eyes...I don't know which is worse. I am starting to think tho that they are keeping Elise just for the ratings. Chef Ramsay certainly doesn't seem to like her much and seems to be on to her about her attitude. They probably had someone who some way calculated how long people would keep tuning in hoping to see her cut and at what point they would actually LOSE viewers who are sick to death of her. They will cut her just before the point of losing viewers. I must admit, it is working. The past two weeks, as much as I love the show, my MAIN reason for watching was hoping that Elise would either get booted or bitch slapped.

Every season I wonder at how inept most of the contestants are! Or maybe GR is just SO intimidating their brains freeze! There is always one contestant that is a troublemaker and thinks they are "the best" and this year THE MOST ANNOYING AWARD goes to Elyse!
