I was surprised that Will didn't win, but I didn't mind Paul winning cause I liked him more. Hmmm, I guess I'm in the minority, I actually like Elise! I thought she was funny and she did a good job in the finale. IMO I thought Carrie was the annoying one, I was happy to see her go....

Here's the thing about Elise. She is a very talented cook and has some great potential. Problem is she did not show that until after she was already elimated. If she had worked with people the way she did in the Finale, she may have been one in the F2. Her biggest problem was not taking accountability for her mistakes.

I worked in the restaurant business for almsot 20 years before I changed careers. I have been everything from a dishwasher, line cook, busboy, waiter, expediter, dining room manager, kitchen manager... You name it, I have done it. Without the respect of your team members, you are nothing. During my management tenure, my staff may not have always agreed with me, but they respected me. And when I fucked up, I took responsibility for it.
